Salary: INR 6 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview, experience and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Logging the issue on ITS
- Picking up the issue from the system.
- Resolving the issue as found to be fit.
- Following up with client to close the issue.
- Common Issue reported by any Client, to be applied for other clients as well.
- Product Walkthrough to Client as when required.
- Liaison with other teams to resolve the issue or escalate it.
- Awareness of each client’s SLA.
- Following the process implemented
- Suggesting on process improvement
