Job Description: 

Increase the average transaction sale per customer.

Assign and monitor team target versus achievement.

Monitor overall daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.

Assist sales staff in sales closing in tougher sales situations.

Coordinate with HR manager for recruitment of store staff.

Performance appraisal of store staff based on pre defined KRAs, KPIs on periodic basis and submit the same to HR manager.

To ensure effective implementation of all the behavioural, process and product training on the floor.

To identify high potentials and prepare the store staff for the next level position as per the career progression.

Disseminate product knowledge across the team of Sales Staff.

Ensure that the complete set of customer’s needs are met starting from the enquiry to closure of the sales transaction to delivery.

Ensure customer grievances, if any, are effectively addressed and resolved by the sales staff.

Planning and ensuring adherence to replenishment schedule.

Ensure daily store report is sent to HO on daily basis.

Loss prevention and shrinkage control.

Ensure safety and security measures are met at the store.

Ensure attendance records are duly updated and communicated to the HR Department.

Ensure the smooth running of the store.

Ensure adherence to store SOPs.

Achieve top line and bottom line targets for the store.

Achieve targeted growth in ticket size and conversion rates.

Ensure all SOPs are followed by the staff.

Ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure all statutory compliances are met.

Skills Required: Good communication skill.

Interview Process: Face to face interview.

B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BCA
