Desired Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for L2 and above level Storage Management services and product support for various Storage boxes supported storage solutions across various accounts for Servers.
Managing and maintaining the operational integrity of our systems.
Keep track of storage and backup related notifications or events and act on them.
Take care of firmware upgrades of both storage and backup infrastructure.
Respond to incidents and alerts in the stipulated SLAs.
Configuration and Troubleshooting storage and backup issues.
Collaborate and support product development teams for application onboarding.
Work with vendor for any hardware failure or performance issues.
Automate deployment processes, customization, upgrades and monitoring for our data related system.
Work with other team members who are in a different time zone.
Review daily status and follow up on any issues on account environments.
