Profile Offered: Start-up Relation Associate

Job Location: Pune

Course Specialization: A Bachelors degree in computer and an MBA in Finance and/or Marketing.

Desired Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Skills Required:

• Excellent command over the English language.
• Knowledge about finance like profit and loss account and balance sheet is a must.
• Efficient time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Business awareness and good knowledge of current affairs.
• Good negotiation skills and Presentation Skills.
• Excellent relationship manager with the ability to influence.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Create and build relationships with Start-ups.
2. Arrange for Meeting with the Start-ups.
3. Analysis of Start-ups Business based on their financial and Rating to them.
4. Interact with start-ups for the expansion of their business.
5. Explaining our Platform to start-ups, how it works and how start-ups raise a fund for their business.
6. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
7. Understand and manage personal performance daily.
