Position Offered: Sr. Executive - Business Development
Compensation: INR 2.5 to 3 LPA

Experience: 1+ Years
- The candidate will be working closely with Operations Manager to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes
- Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships
- Track all business development activities, analyze monthly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
- Build and maintain successful relationships with partners and oversee workflows for partner accounts, manage partner communications for territory and resolves escalated issues or questions from partners
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years prior work experience in Sales, Business Development or related positions
- Demonstrated results in meeting Business Development goals
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal communications skills and strong Analytical Skills
- Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities.
- A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation, an effective team player with a strong work ethic
Interview Process: HR round followed by face to face round with Functional Head
