Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the field-based Solution Consulting team (pre-sales engineers) by building demo environments and POC environments that are then delivered by the SC team to prospects and customers.
Design, Develop & Create POC and custom solutions on Gainsight (e.g. create a demo site, install Gainsight in sandbox or production, configure use cases from written requirements).
Demonstrate data modeling skills by designing custom objects and fields to match customer data (Gainsight, SFDC, MongoDB, Redshift).
Pivot and transform data sets into proper formats and templates.
Load data sets into demo or sandbox environments.
Configure Gainsight Cloud with PX, CS, CX.
Test configuration, workflow, and use case scenarios.
Develop customer integrations that may be required to support a POC.
