Training Period: 3 month intensive SkillAssure Competency Development Program

Salary: 

- During Training: INR 7,500 per month

- Post Training: INR 3 LPA to INR 3.5 LPA(based on their performance during the training period)

Course Specialization: BE/ B.Tech (CSC/EC/EEE/IT/IS/EI)/M.E.M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Systems)

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Candidate will be working as a Backend Developer / QA& Testing/ EDW Developer / WEB UI&UX Developer/ Enterprise Mobility developer

- Excellent Communication Skills, Good Aptitude and Coding Skills are required.

- 60% and above throughout their Academics without any current backlogs

Interview Process:

- Round 1: Code Analysis 
Eligibility for round 2: (cut off percentage 65 and above)

- Round 2: Will be Coding round (The candidates can select any programming language of their choice to write code).

- Round 3: Communications Skills and HR Round

All the aspiring candidates have to come fully prepared. We will be testing them in their Analytical Skills, Logical Skills, Debugging Skills, Code Analysis, their ability to write Optimized Code and Coding standards
