Course Specialization: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Holder

Salary: INR 1.5 LPA +  Hike after 6 Months

(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Installation of Biometric Hardware and Application
- Troubleshooting of Biometric and Access Control Devices
- Basic Networking, entering IP information in devices
- Maintaining good relation with customers and channel partner
- Diagnose and solve software and hardware issues
- Providing technical assistance to clients and partners
- Maintaining necessary documents for customer interactions
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

Skill Set Required:  

- Excellent troubleshooting skills,
- Passion for problem solving,
- Ability to solve technical issues,
- Presenting technical information,
- Knowledge of Software,database and OS
- Good verbal and written communication skills
