About the Company:
We are a bunch of individuals who noticed that in today’s world it takes 15 mins to book a hotel or a movie ticket, but it takes more than 15 days to rent-in or rent out a rental home. In fact, we experienced that renting in/out a home is no less than a nightmare for present day Tenants/Owners, they either have to rely on property dealers who are only interested in their commission and does not provide any after sales service or they are left with options of advertising portals, where posting an advertisement results in attending various phone call from multiple property dealers. Then comes the havoc of coordinating with various people and one by one showcasing/Visiting the home, answering their queries, coordinating with maintenance guys for the up keep of home, getting the documentation & verification done and submit the same to the concerned authorities and the list goes on.

Salary: INR 2.04 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description:
- Contact, Pitch and on board home owners on our web platform.
- Conduct photography and list homes on our web platform.
- Conduct assigned visits of tenants to the respective homes and facilitate sales.
- Achieve the monthly target set by the Management.
- Generate Business by building a local network of lead referrals.
- Report on sales activities to management.
 
Skill Set Required:
- Good Communication, convincing & Negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the Rental Real Estate Market and processes.
- Professional and responsible conduct.
- Hunger for sales and growth
- Ability to work and perform under pressure.
- Extrovert
- Good Command in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to work in the startup ecosystem and fulfil multiple roles.
- Willingness to go an extra mile for customer satisfaction.
