Role:- Software Development Engineer in Test
Qualifications:- B.Tech (CS/IT) OR M.Tech(CS/IT) OR MCA with 60% throughout Career.
Year of pass out:- 2018
Job Description:
• Expert in software Development, Testing processes and practices
• Good Programming experience in Java and hands on experience in C / C++/ Visual Basic
• Good understanding of Software design and data structure / algorithms
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python, XML or Ruby is an value add.
• Good understanding on Basic to Advanced SQL Concepts
• Excellent Communication skills - Both verbal and Written
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, troubleshooting and decision- making skills
• Person should be ready to join immediately
Employment Details:
• Project Trainee Period - 12 months
• 0 to 6 Months - Stipend of 20,000 / Month
• 7 to 12 months - Stipend of 25,000 / Month
• After 12 months, will be converted to Quality Engineer. (Performance & Evaluation based)
• Salary after 12 months - 4.0 LPA
IMPORTANT
• Notice Period - 6 months in the first 3 years
• We do not have any Bond. However, Termination Clause is Different at Tavant.
• If a candidate resigns from his / her job before the completion of 3 years from the Date of Joining, then the notice period that they must serve will be 6 (SIX) months.
• Post completing 3 Years: Notice Period - 2 Months
