Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Perform root-cause analysis for any issues reported by the customers as they use our
software.
- Document bugs and enhancements reported by the customers and be liaison to the
product team.
- Train new customers on product features.
- Monitor the production infrastructure and follow escalation protocols.
- Integrate DispatchTrack with other software using our API.
- Communicate over phone and email with international customers.
- Be available for rotational shifts 24X7 to support our customers worldwide.
