Internship Period: 6 Months (Post this conversion to full time employment based on performance)

Salary:
During Internship: INR 20,000/ month
Post Internship: INR 4 LPA –INR 5 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description:
The primary job responsibility will include (and not be limited to): 

-Collaborate with marketing/content team (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth

-Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, and affiliate) and conversion rate optimization

-Analyse data/feedback/results, recommend and lead implementation of strategies

-Prioritize growth channels, drive website traffic along with scaling and automating the growth processes

-Create referral marketing and being able to create viral growth. 

-Working closely with new products team for generating relevant leads

-Implement innovative digital marketing campaigns, and analyse their performance

-Develop timely and relevant content relevant to the programs we offer

Skill Set required:
-Any degree +/- MBA

-Effective English communication both verbal and written

-Ability to write content (short and long-form), willingness to explore new technologies as required

-Analytical and data driven. Closely work with metrics and statistics

-Relentless in pursuit of growth 

-High level of creativity and attention to detail, should be motivated to discover new approaches proactively and drive initiatives

Interview Process:
- In-person interviews (4-5 rounds, each round being an elimination round)
