Salary: INR 1.5 LPA to INR 2.16 LPA

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Provide onsite installation, validation and commissioning of machine.
-Perform hand on-one site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
-Offering / provide onsite training to the customers.
-Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
-Responding to customer call-outs.
-Liaising with and working alongside technical sales engineers.
-Repairing, testing and maintaining equipment.
-Monitoring the performance of products.
-Timely complete and submit all required paper work.
-Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement and necessary corrective actions.
-Maintaining manuals.
-Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
-Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
-Making recommendations to maintenance technicians.
