· Provide technical assistance on inbound/outbound calls and tickets and support issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
· Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
· Troubleshoot basic network/technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
· Install/troubleshoot computer peripherals
· Follow up with end users to ensure issue has been resolved
· Adheres to and supports IT&S standards, policies, and procedures.
· To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
· Strong communication & analytical skills
· Prior experience in call handling
· Ability to solve problems.
· Basic User & Security Group Active Directory administration
. Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows XP, Vista, 7 and Office
