Roles and Responsibilities:

• Represent SFSL, its values and vision to all prospective customers and present our services.
• Acquire new customers for SFSL, and take accountability in handling their investment.
• portfolios including Lockers and Deposits.
• Meeting Productivity targets as assigned by the Organization on month on month basis.
• Cross-Sell and Up-Sell to existing clients.
• Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done & provide the right investment solution based on the analysis.
• Ensure that MIS/ Re
• porting Formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
• Maintain customer relations & ensure post sale needs of customers are met.
• Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures.
• Organize marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
