Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Responsible for planning, processing and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with least assistance from the supervisor
- Working closely with reporting manager.
- Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance.
- Day to day team management of tasks
- Ensuring that team is not deviating from the deadlines
- Assisting TL on preparing teams daily sprint burndown
- Conduct code reviews for the team
- Responsible for reviewing and maintaining of all project related documentation
- Maintaining and managing developed source in source control versioning tool
- Reporting to Team lead in the first instance on any issues that look like they will significantly delay something in a sprint (e.g. an undiscovered technical issue will take longer than estimated or half the team gets sick)
- Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports.
- Review and repair legacy code.
- Package and support deployment of releases.

Technical Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of software development experience
- Development lead experience in software development company
- .Net with C#
- Developing ASP.NET and Win forms applications
- Web services and web service security (IIS)
- Java script
- MS SQL, MY Sql, Enterprise DBL, Oracle
- Design and development of web and Win forms application
- Good verbal communication skills and written communication skills
- Should have working experience on protocols like Modbus TCP/RTU, Ethernet IP, BACnet, etc.. and also strong understanding about OPC
