Required Skills and Experience:

Desired candidates with 0-2yrs experience who are passionate about cyber security, hacking, or have gained security certifications, etc.
Strong Networking Skills and understanding of threat life cycle.
Strong understandings of Network Security threats and different perimeter security devices.
Basic Knowledge on Malwares, Botnets, APTs, Ransomwares.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Understanding of front desk tools and ticketing applications for chat, phone, customer portal, etc.
Desired certifications on Ethical hacking/CCNA/ CISSP etc.
Basic understanding of cloud services and platform.

Roles and Responsibilites:

Analyse and validate threats that are detected across the customer network.
Provide support to clients to help contain and remediate threats and assist in any mitigation and investigative actions.
Prepare monthly threat reports for clients using automated applications and tools.
Work with different Regional Incident Response Managers to remediate threats for our global customer base.
Triage security incidents for different clients and work through all the phases of a typical incident response process as applicable.
