Spark TG is Cloud based Unified Contact Center Solution provider based in India. It was successfully founded in the year 2002. Since then, the company has been offering technology based communication system which also made us known to be one of the pioneers in providing platform for the cloud telephony in India in the year 2009.

Job Location: Noida

Desired experience:  1-3 Years

Course Specialization: BBA/MBA

Probation/Training Period:  3 months

Salary: INR 3.0 LPA to INR 4.20 LPA (Depending upon the experience and skill set of the candidate)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description and Skill set required:   

Preference will be given to those with B2B experience.

- Candidate  should able to analyze Market trends, competitor offers and devise Sales strategies

- Candidate need to locate and approach potential business by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

- Manage strong sales pipeline for company’s products and meet sales targets in line with the organizational business objectives and strategy.

- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating proposal; integrating contract terms with business operations.

- Research and build relationships with new clients and provide support to keep improve the relationship.

- Conduct presentations in Schools, Colleges, Institutes, Organisations, Carpet Bombing demo and other prospect generating mechanism.

 - Understands the client’s needs and qualify opportunities in line with our business focus and maintain the Business Development database.

 - Local travel within Delhi NCR, Smartphone, Own Conveyances is mandatory.

 Skill Set Required: 

 - Excellent in Communication skills & writing.

 - Self-motivated.

 - Career oriented individual.
