Target Batch Passout: 2014/2015/2016

Salary: INR 2 LPA to INR 3 LPA
(Depending upon the candidates performance during the interview)

Job Description:

they are looking for a competitive & trustworthy Sales Executive to enhance their business activities. You will be accountable for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects & maintain customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking. Social media and LinkdIn
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the sale
- Representing our company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Challenging objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- Advising on forthcoming product development and promotional excellence
- Liaise with management to ensure the best customer experience
- Constantly be in reach with the customer segment through calls or social media
- Making accurate, rapid, cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- Responsible for collection of payments within time frame
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results

Required Skill Set :
- Proficiency in English, Telugu and Hindi ( Preferable )
- Excellent rapport with MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
- Ultimately passionate towards Sales
- Must be familiar with using CRM Software
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Excellent presentation skills
- Active listening & Persuasive speaking
- Ability to empathize
- Flexible and Can Do attitude
