- Generate leads based on market research
- Conversion of leads to customers based on the customer criteria set by the company
- Responsible for order taking and building customer relationship
- Demand estimation and communicating it to the procurement team
- Responsible for cash collection from customers
- Set sales targets for the month along with the manager
- Market survey to understand customer pain points and to suggest to the procurement team new products to be added
- Determine the price point of the products in the market
