Salary Details:

- During Internship: INR 10,000 to INR 12,000

- Post successful completion of Internship: INR 2.64 LPA to INR 3 LPA

Job Description:

The key purpose of the role is to undertake specific Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities in Customer operations facing departments dealing with customer complaints.  An individual should have Smart, open and analytical mindset.
