Job Description:

Ideal candidate must have 3-5 yr experience working in a boutique store retailing specialised products selling woman centric FMCG products.

The manager is expected to play confidently and efficiently all aspects of running a retail store with a floor size of 12-1500 sq feet from customer service; sales; product training; merchandising; inventory; loss prevention; store upkeep and maintenance; store repair as and when required from time to time; merchandising; scheduling ; etc without any help from the HO.

Candidate Profile :-

Managers from the hospitality background e.g. Food and Beverage ; having worked in any capacity in a 5 star property are welcome to apply.

Managers looking to work long term and not just one or two years so as to achieve their potential without company for a stable future and long term growth are encouraged to apply.

Also candidates who can demonstrate stable employment of over 4 to 5 years per employer on their resume will be appreciated.

All candidates must be fluent in the English Language. Candidates unable to speak or write English fluently need not apply.

All candidates regardless of their area of spacialisation will be cross trained at the HO on areas other than their immediate specialisation so as to make them complete individuals and understand fully the company ethos and culture. Candidates looking to work strictly in their area of specialsation need not apply.

Candidates with nill experience may also apply as freshers. They will be considerd for the position of assistant store manager upon successful completion of their internship of 90 days.  A sitpend between Rs 10,000/- and 15,000/- will be granted to them during internship.

Interview Process:
