Job Description and Skill Set Required :-
-Get paid for the career you studied for! If you have a background in healthcare with strong analytical skills, you may be what we're looking for.
-As a Research Data Analyst, you will conduct research to identify and connect clinical trial or medical publications with the right author or publisher across multiple databases and references.
-A good Research Data Analyst is familiar not only with medical terminology, but also with the medical and medical research industry; has good attention to detail; and can creatively find solutions, for when the job occasionally calls for a bit of detective work.
-Responsibilities: Perform online searches of potential authors to determine the most likely author.
-Leverage heuristics that the client has defined.
-Use previous healthcare expertise to determine specialties/sub specialties of a specific author to match the clinical trials or publications that they published.
-Validate algorithmically matched QA results.
-Provide turnaround times meeting SLAs with a 99% true positive rate and a 99% true negative rate.
-Desired Skills and Experience: Healthcare background with an understanding of healthcare scientific publication and clinical trial activity.
Graduate of Doctor of Medicine (board passer or non-board passer).
-Registered Nurse.
-Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Strong analytical and critical thinking with a keen attention to detail.
-Amenable to work at night and/or shifting schedule.
