Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, enhance, support and maintain Standard and Ad-hoc reports achieving highest standard of accuracy and timeliness using industry standard practices.
Design, develop, enhance, support and maintain Automated reporting processesjobs using
T-SQL, SQL, Microsoft Power BI Tools, Service Engine Databases and other tools to reduce manual intervention and to achieve increased productivity.
Quality control of reporting performed by department to ensure that reports are meeting the requests of the operational areas (accuracy and timeliness).
Liaise with internal customers, validate and document reporting requirements and provide appropriate reporting solutions.
Understand the needs of internal partners to produce accurate and timely Standard and Ad-hoc reports.
Prepare and present analytical data and recommendations to internal and stakeholders as well as BGRS Management.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Proactively identify, support and coordinate report Automation opportunities.
Proactively identify, recommend and communicate Innovative reporting opportunities.
Develop the testing, implementation and validation, in addition to after-installation validation of reports
What you bring to BGRS.
Strong experience in Data Reporting and Analysis from multiple sources using various reporting and data analysis tools.
Strong knowledge of and experience in reporting and analysis using various BIReporting tools (Microsoft BI Tools - SSRSSSASSSIS, Power BI, Power Query etc.)
Strong experience in one of the Query Languages (T-SQL or SQL).
Experience in developing dashboards in MS Power BI technology.
Adept at writing complex queries using SQLT-SQL for reporting purposes.
Experience working with MS SQL Server 2017 or higher.
Clear understanding of Relational Database concept with proven track record of working with one or more DBMSRDBMS Databases (i.e. Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2, MySQL).
Experience in Structured report development utilizing various Data Sources & back-end databases using industry standard practice.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings to internal and external stake-holders
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites Excel, Access databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills coupled with an exceptional attention to detail.
Logical thinker with good analytical skills.
Excellent team player with an ability to work using own initiatives and as part of a team.
Ability to analyze complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
