Profile: Relationship Executive (Sales)

Job Location: Gurgaon

Desired experience: 0-2 Years

Course Specialization: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Batch: 2013/2014/2015/2016

Probation Period: 2 Months

Salary:  INR 1.44 LPA – INR 2.4 LPA + Incentives

Bond: 6 Months

Date of Joining: Immediate

Tentative Interview Date: Will be communicated once the Registration Window is closed.

Job Description:

-Making outbound calls for generating Inquiries / site visits for Business Development team.

-Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with client.

-Follow up with incoming / ongoing leads.

-Listen attentively to customer need. 

-Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.

-Candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills.

-Excellent conversational and customer service. 

-Multitasking ability.

-Capture and update customer information accurately in CRM Software.

-Send mailers, maintain complete database, reports.

-Call prospective clients and explain about projects and our services.

Skill Set Required:  Fluent in Communication (English, Hindi)
