Profile Offered: Recruitment Executive

Job location: Hyderabad

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 1 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
Excellent Communication Skills is must.
Strong knowledge and working experience on W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp (C2C).
Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
Knowledge using job boards such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder.
Knowledge in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, google search strings.
Screening and shortlisting of resumes according to the requirements.
Accuracy and the ability to follow through, capable of working independently in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented situation.
Strong knowledge on negotiating salary/hourly pay rate for the contract/fulltime requirements

B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BCA
