Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
-Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
-Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
-Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
-experience in building web application with proven track record of introducing newer tools for rapid developments.
-Front end Technologies: In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and JavaScript.
-Expertise in REACT with emphasis on UI development in conjunction with Java/J2EE technologies
-Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
-Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
-Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
-Ability to adapt frameworks and implement them in ongoing projects
-Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Capable of handling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time
-Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. This is not mandatory
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
-Self-directed team player who thrives in continually changing and challenging environment
