  • Experience in speaking to customers & Sales.
  • Experience in written communication to customers.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand the customer (internal, external) requirements and produce quotes, pricings within agreed turnaround times and using all available tools & processes, including building connectivity checks, Colt corporate tools, Offnet supplier tools, price books, price lists, discount rules, Customer should be contacted on regular basis.
The analyst is responsible to send the price to the customer and report the quote accurately in order to link the quote when the offer is accepted to an order.
