Job Description:
- The job requires interaction with senior officials, corporate executives and leading industry bodies. Hence the candidate has to be excellent in communication skills and has executive presence.
- The candidate needs to have a passion for managing stakeholders.
- Understanding client requirements.
- Mapping clients requirements and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Outcome-oriented and ability to work under tight deadlines.
The candidate will report to the Founders & Directors of Power of N and will do the following:
          - Technically drive relationships with key stakeholders comprising of officials from Gas, Power Industries, etc.
          - Implement execution plans and meet the project deadlines.
          - Manage project teams, including vendors.
          - Documentation – Submit regular progress reports, prepare case studies of success stories etc.
          - Ensuring continuous interaction with customer to make sure that area of concern can be worked upon for improved service levels.
          - Framing work direction and plan for associates as per their capability, preparing and presenting various weekly / monthly reports related to their productivity.

The candidate should have the following qualities:
- Assertive but not aggressive personality.
- Well versed with email etiquettes.
- Support managers in project administration.
- Single point of contact for transition to operate.
- Contributes in research and data gathering.
- Understands the requirements of the customer from the process.
- Effectively prioritise work time to ensure productivity and fulfil team standards for time spent in order to consistently achieve service.

Mandatory Skills:
- Project Management (0-1 years of experience).
- Understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts.
- Good in Arithmetic and Mathematical skills.
- Excellent in communication skills both Oral and Written.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Programming Skills with PHP.
- Database Knowledge in SQL.
- Knowledge in Photoshop.
- Knowledge in Software Testing.
