Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Design/Implement/Deploy our client facing product. This would involve building business APIs, DIY product and analytics dashboard.
- Iterate over our core algorithms for better accuracy & scale.
- Design/Architect/Iterate backend infrastructure for faster delivery (better TAT).
- Writing simple, clean code to power new product features, as well as refactoring and improving existing code when things get a little too hairy.
- Strengthen or improve development and release processes within the team.
- You will be working across technologies like Django/Python, Postgresql, Redis, RabbitMQ, AngularJS etc.
- Able to wander into new territories and build stuff from the ground up when required
- Hands on experience developing backend systems
- Good design skills (database/programming)
- Extremely motivated, creative, entrepreneurial, energetic, humble, patient, analytical and hard-working; Good communication skills. Most important - willing to go that extra mile to get the work done
- You will be responsible for building things from the ground-up as well as iterating on the existing product. We're passionate about developing a scalable, well-designed software and are looking for like-minded folks.
- On a normal day you could be working on end to end delivery of a product feature OR getting your head around a critical issue OR you might even spend your day talking to our players/clients and understand their problems. Being an early member you will own a lot of functions across engineering and product.
