Profile Offered: Procurement Officer (Interior Industry)

Job Location: Bengaluru

Course Specialization: Diploma - Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical, Any Graduate - Any Specialization,M.Tech - Mechanical

Desired Experience: 0 - 5 Years

Required Candidate profile:

Ability to negotiate, establish and administer contracts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of English is a must
Knowledge of Hindi and Telugu will be preferred
Must be a Graduate
Be able to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Previous experience of Procurement will be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create and Maintain good relationship with vendors/suppliers
Maintain records of purchases, pricing and other important data
Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply and price options
Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies
Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
Capable of organizing meetings, business trips, hotel and flight bookings, catering
