An end-to-end solutions provider servicing clients across the globe in various verticals including Healthcare, Finance, Banking, HR Support, Retail and Voice support services.

Tentative Date of Joining: Immediate

Job Description:

-Provide end to end training based on RCM need / request.

-Deliver effective training with a practical approach to the end objective.

-Stay current by following updates according to the process.

-Revamp training content & methodology on a regular basis to keep it current and useful.

-Maintain training MIS and track effectiveness through ramp data.

-Strong Mentoring Skills.

-Conducting new Hire training on various concepts of RCM to make employees aware of new techniques in their respective fields.

-Also providing cross functional knowledge so that it helps in better working of organization and department.

-To Assess individual as well as and the overall training program.

-Submission of reports on training to the top management.

-Knowledge in developing general training instructions, checklists and visual aids.

-Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees.

Skills Required:

-Should be a Self Driven & Self Motivated

-Should have excellent communication & English speaking skills

-Working knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

-Candidates should be comfortable to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

-Candidates should have experience as Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process trainer.

Key skills:

-Candidate would be training team on end to end RCM Process

-Team handling experience is must
