Job Description:
- Providing quality support in our Greenlight location in Indore.
- Helping prospective partners know more about Uber
- Onboard new driver-partners
- Providing exceptional support, and quickly adapt in an ever-growing business.
- Providing insightful advice and friendly, hands-on support to partner-drivers in need.
- Deliver a 5 star in-person support
- Diagnose product /platform issues on the spot, explaining situations with patience and empathy
- Identifying the nature of walk-in to the location, offering solutions to quickly get partners up and running again.
- Convince and convert the potential partners walking to the centre to partner with Uber
- Deliver high quality onboarding experience to new partner-drivers joining the Uber platform
- Deal with issues faced by existing partner-drivers and be able to solve those issues
- Diffuse potentially heated exchanges through a calm temperament and excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage relationships with vendors in the centre
- Assist with off-site and on-site events and promotions
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and organization skills
- People person and can interact with many types of partners
- Quickly and efficiently solve problems
- Self-motivated and don’t need to be micro managed
- Great team player
- Analytical and critical thinking ability
- Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced organization in a ‘customer facing’ capacity such as restaurant or retail
- Read, write and speak the local language (recommended)
- MS Excel and Word (recommended)
- Familiarity with Zendesk and QMinder is a plus
