At Pitstop, we are building next level of modernized multi brand car service garages by providing technology platform, processes, spare parts and right diagnostic tools and equipment. We are operational in Bangalore and are setting up operations in NCR.

Desired Experience: 0.6-2 years

Target Batch Passout: 2013-2016

Salary:INR  2.4 LPA – INR 3.0 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: BCA /B.Sc./ BE/B.Tech/B.Com/B.B.A   

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Lead Handling, Lead Management, Customer Service,Tele Calling.
- Handling calls in a consistently polite, professional and efficient manner.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Converting prospects into customers.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Responsible for collecting feedback from customers, analysing it and prepare reports.  ----Account management when required for existing customers.
- Achieve given set target by employing telemarketing skills based on best practices.
- Very closely work with operation team to understand the process.
- Strong customer services focus with a passion to exceed customer requirements.
- High energy, drive, and sense of responsibility.
- Great listening and closing skills.
- Excellent communication skills with good command on Kannada and English language.
- Quick learner and excellent convincing skill.
- Capable of handling customer rejection.
- Self-motivated and willing to work hard to exceed targets in an ever dynamic startup environment.
