We seek an Operations Intern to join our Operations team. Being part of our Operations team you will be responsible to develop and work on the strategies to onboard the service providers on the platform. As a team member, the aim is to continuously improve our operations infrastructure, having the end user satisfaction in mind and striving and to be recognized as the best marketplace for home service providers.

Desired Experience: 0-1 Year

Batch Passout: 2017/18

Internship Period: 1 Months

Salary: Stipend of INR 5000 is provided in internship period.

Post Internship: INR 2.16 LPA

(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company discretion)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description:

- Managing all ground operations needed for onboarding the home service providers.
- Supervising Associates and managing a team of field folks under them.
- Interacting with various stakeholders in the value chain from a provider to a customer.
- To meet service providers who will be dealing online/offline, understanding their thought process around online bookings, inclination on getting on-boarded to the platform.
- To work on strategies to target the service provider segments.
- To manage a team and increase the throughput of the process.
- Developing and working on service/customer strategies.

Skill Set Required:
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- A team worker having the ability to manage the resources.

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BCA
