- Developing & ensuring execution of Operational Processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow
- Pilot the team to offer the best Customer experience- Executing projects aligned with the company vision
- Proactively keeping an eye out for innovations that lead to seamless customer experience
- Recruitment of staff members to ensure a healthy and efficient work environment
- Monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence.
- Monitoring daily levels of inventory and proactive dealing with various vendors.
