-Excellent programming aptitude with good understanding of Object oriented programming concepts
-Should possess strong communication skills.
-Should be organised, motivated and self-driven.
-Good understanding of data exchange format like XML and JSON
-Good understanding of C#, Javascript
-Good understanding of web concepts
-Work with a team to design and develop world class web applications
-Understand and take the ownership for the assigned development tasks.
-Break down the given task in a logical manner
-Write clean and efficient code in line with coding standards and best practices
-Ensure quality of the deliverable and adoption of development best practices/methodologies
-Focus on flexibilty and reusability
-Stay aware of latest technology trends in the industry
