Everest Fleet Pvt. Ltd. is a fleet management company of hatchbacks and sedans found in October 2016. The CEO of the company is Mr. Siddharth Ladsariya who is also a renowned angel investor in the start-up world.
We manage a fleet of 300+ cars and the goal are to reach 1000 cars by the end of FY 2019-20 and 2500 by FY 2020-21. As we are one of the most professionally managed fleets of the country, Uber India has entered into a strategic partnership with us. Current team size is of 40 people and 600+ drivers.
We are currently building a core team which will be responsible for the organization's growth.

About Role:
We are looking for a developer who can bootstrap Technical aspects of our business from scratch to MIS working closely with the CTO/CIO. Must possess strategic thinking and strong technical acumen along with the ability to work as team with seniors and juniors, alike. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends.
Job Description:
- Must be a full stack developer with a minimum 2 to 5 years' experience.
- Initiate & Oversee all the tech endeavors & Analyses the performance, along with the CTO/CIO.
- Must be prepared to handle company's data, Information security, Maintenance and network of the company. Responsible for all system updates & design before it's implemented.
- Assisting to set a roadmap to implement Technological Strategy in order to increase revenue & employee performance.
In-depth knowledge of the following coding languages:
- Python Django framework
- JAVA
- Angular JS
- Databases
- Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
- Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivering of IT projects to market.
- Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future tech development
