Job Profile: Business Analyst - Telecom

Job Location: Nagpur

Desired experience: 1-3 Years

Course Specialization: Any Graduate/MBA

Batch: 2013-2015

Training/Probation Period: 3 Months

Salary:

During Training: INR 7000 per Month

Post Training: INR 2 LPA - INR 5 LPA (Depending upon the candidate’s performance/experience during the interview)

Bond: None

Date of Joining: Immediate

Interview Process:

- Telephonic Round

- Online Assessment Test

- Technical Round

- Final HR Round

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:

- Do lead generation, existing client’s relationship management, and data reporting etc, as a remote offshore center to Support Dubai operations.

- Account Relationship Management – For existing company’s clients Promote du products and services, promotional offers etc.

- Regularly communicate with existing customer and upgrade/upsell existing du products.

- Pre Sales and related operations on behalf of National Telecom Operator of Dubai, UAE.

- Respond to requests from Dubai Sales Team, Telecom, IT and other departments

- Handling customer enquiries. Deals with complaints, recommendations, problems and requirements of potential customer in order to ensure customer satisfaction and long term relationship between the customer and the company 

- Deliver online sales presentations and Using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity levels. 
 Ensuring that all work is delivered on time and to the Management’s satisfaction. 

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.

- Work involves interacting with decision makers of companies like CFO’s, IT Heads, and Directors etc.

- Knowledge of Telecom process and Services

- Opportunity to work with Naviada’s Multi culture and experience professional team present at India and Dubai location giving you an opportunity to enhance your skills and abilities

- Interaction with International clients of UAE as per their needs and servicing them thus gaining international exposure

- Travel to Dubai as per the Project requirement

Skills required:

- Good English communication Skills

- Must be able to Brainstorm and present innovative solutions

- Technical evaluation skills, ability to sell technical products and Services.

- Analytical thinking with Good Negotiation and Persuasion skills

- Quickly grasping/Learning ability for the features of Telecom products & services and pitch to our existing client base of 5000 corporate/enterprise customers in UAE

- Prior Experience with Telecom Operators or any foreign offshore Operator/Call Centre in Telecom or Enterprise ICT Industry

B.A., B.A.(Hons.), B.Com., B.E-Com., B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BBI, BBM, BBS, MBA, MBE
