1. Good Analytical skills (like understanding business rules, implementing instructions, process knowledge, flow of data etc.)
2. Good Communication skills 
3. Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, and the relevance of different tools at different stages of the development lifecycle.
4. Aware of basic design principles, and able to understand designs.
5. Good understanding of coding and data structure principles, and application of coding standards.

Skills Required:

They have opening only on technology called “FileMaker”. FileMaker Pro is a cross-platform relational database application from FileMaker Inc., formerly Claris, a subsidiary of Apple Inc. It integrates a database engine with a graphical user interface (GUI) and security features, allowing users to modify the database by dragging new elements into layouts, screens, or forms. Current versions are: FileMaker Pro 14, FileMaker Pro Advanced 14, FileMaker Server 14, and FileMaker Go 14 for iPhone and iPad.
