Profile 1:- Android developer

Skills Required: Android developer, Android SDK, Java, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Hybrid App, PWA, React Native.

Job Description:
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full
software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control
management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for
scalability, performance and reliability.
- You enjoy working side by side with partners, colleagues and teams on tough problems.
- You have experience working on consumer electronics products, IOT applications.

Required Qualifications:
- BE/BCA/BTech/BS/ME/MCA/MTech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Expert Knowledge of Java and the JDK
- Expert Knowledge of the Android SDK and writing multi-threaded apps.
- Android UI Skills (Fragments, Custom view components), debugging and analysis skills using
ADB
- Development experience defining, developing and maintaining REST based interfaces IS A
MUST
- Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for
scalability, performance and reliability IS A MUST
- Experience with version control - Git preferred
- Experience working and building Hybrid Apps is a MUST
- Expert Proficiency in object-oriented development and ability to apply OO concepts
- Demonstrated experience and passion for delivering exceptional UX
- Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, run-time analysis, object-
oriented design and code quality verification is highly desired.
- Experience with the tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming

- Have designed and developed a complete Android app from top to bottom
- Solid understanding of Android UI paradigms.

- Knowledge of Industry trends in Mobile App design and development such as - Hybrid App,

Profile 2:- Creative graphic designer

Skills Required: Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Premiere, after effects, UI/UX design patterns

Job Description:

-Work with the Content Merchandising Manager to create regularly refreshed designs to feed PR and our online and campaign marketing engines, including videos, banners, campaign assets, landing page design.
- Implement and execute industry best practices, including high-quality designs with clear call-to- actions
- Scale our design programs by providing creative direction to external agencies.
- Create layouts and designing for landing pages, mobile apps and newsletters.
- Create landing pages for brands, new offers & campaign.
- Create slicing & building the HTML and CSS for web pages.
- Create Google, Facebook, Instagram banners for deals & new campaign.
- Create ideas & artwork for events & campaign.
- Create design pics for social media posts.
- Understand and respond to performance data (metric tests, usability studies), and steer the direction of future creative designs.
- Understand user experience best practices for web design & mobile interactions.
- Use current and future marketing channels to inform and delight our customers about skills.
- Present and defend visual design solutions to leadership & team owners.

- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating visual branding, online marketing, and great user-centered design solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Expertly skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Premiere, after effects.
- Advanced knowledge of web best practices for efficiency of web images and file.
- Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners.

Job Description:
-Understanding of web services technologies such as HTTP, WSDL, XSD, and REST.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and agile development environment.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability.

Profile 6:- Content & Social media marketing specialists

Skills Required: Content Writer, digital marketing, SEO

Job Description:

- Brainstorm content ideas to target a relevant audience and improve the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute "sticky" messaging strategies that will ignite brand engagement.
- Create a variety of content types: blogs, eBooks, press releases, emails, website pages, social media posts, videos, etc. to drive engagement, conversation, and awareness for the clients/company.
- Use a variety of distribution platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, Social Media platforms, PR platforms, etc
- Ability to take on challenging deadlines and priorities.
- Great research, organizational, and learning skills.
- Combining various pieces of content from primary/secondary research and bringing out the trend on topical issues on a regular basis
- Copy-edit all sourced content and correct for spelling/grammatical errors, check for plagiarism using available tools and ensure compliance with editorial policies.
- Create promotional and SEO content based on ongoing business requirements
- Maintain and follow best SEO practices ( Keywords Optimize, H1, H2).

Required Qualifications:
