Salary Details:

• During Training: Rs 4000 to Rs 5000 to be paid after the completion of the training period
• Post Training: Rs. 6000 to Rs. 12000 per month

Probation / Training Period: 3 months

Courses Required: B.Tech/BE (CS/IT)/ MBA (IT)/ MCA 2015 Batch

Desired experience: Fresher

Bond: 1 year service level agreement excluding the training period.

Profile 1: Business Development Executive

Salary Details:

• During Training: Rs 4000 to Rs 5000 to be paid after the completion of the training period
• Post Training: Rs. 6000 to Rs. 12000 per month 

Job Description:

• The candidate will be responsible for analyzing the requirement provided by the Marketing Team and preparing the Project Plan using Project Plan tool or even manually and resource allocation as per the team responsible for that project.
• Reviewing and Analyzing the Wireframes, Flowcharts, Software requirements, Specification Documents as prepared by the team and understanding the timeframe with a quick session with Development Team.
• The candidate will be meeting the Clients in regards to the updates and progress of the project daily or on weekly basis.
• Delivering complete understanding to the Development, Designing and Quality Control and Quality Assurance Team.

• Good logical and communication skills.

Profile 2: Quality Analyst

Salary Details: Rs. 6000 to Rs. 12000 per month post the successful completion of the training period 

Job Description: 

• The candidate will be involved in designing, developing, identifying, executing and setting up of the test cases and data based on the product requirement
• The candidate will be required to report the bugs effectively by continuous coordination and follow ups.
• The candidate will be responsible for QA Release and deployment on QA Environment
• Testing techniques and methodologies and finding the defects and ensuring closure of them as per extent.
• Using selenium for regression testing and bug report generation.
• Interacting with project teams to ensure high quality product requirements, design, construction and release of the product.

Skills Required:

• Should be a keen observer
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Life cycle projects, involved from Business requirements phase to Production deployment phase.
• Expertise in Black Box Testing- Functionality, Regression, Manual, Smoke Testing, etc.
