Job Description:-
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Support in implementing standard sheets/formats for the data integration among accounts, finance, production, logistics and service teams.
-Support in preparing daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as per the formats and coordination with different departments.
-Analysis of after sale service data logs and coordination with the dealer, client and service team.
-Exploring and developing open source tools and methods for data gathering.
-Support in maintaining clean databases.
-Supporting and linking of databases in different platform to develop simple applications supporting operational workflow automation.-Maintain confidentiality in required areas.

Skills Required:
-Proficient skills in software like Excel and MySQL.
-Data representation and analytical skills: critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding (informative graphs and info-grams).
-Proficient skills in using MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
-Good communication skills to articulate both verbally as well as in written form.
-Time and task management with the ability to work under pressure and deliver under stipulated time.
