Job Description:-
Role&Responsibilities:
-Gather client feedback.
-Identify client needs and help client use specific features.
-Respond to client queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
-Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
-Inform client about new features and functionalities
-Follow up with client to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
-Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions
with clients.
Skills Required:
-Multi-tasking abilities.
-Understanding of how CRM systems work.
-Patience when handling tough cases.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge about Mongo, Angular and NodeJS.
