Job Description :
- Content creation for blogging, digital marketing and social media strategy
- Device various marketing strategies or initiatives and implement them
- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, handing pages, Twitter profile, blog etc.)
- Content Management – Creation and compilation of content of different kinds for different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, Blogs, etc.
- Campaign Management – Including creation of monthly plans and calendars, scheduling, Facebook page boosting and management to maximize campaign outreach. Also includes planning and execution of paid campaigns across different social media platforms.
- Collecting the most trending and user engaging content/posts from the web to share on all social media platforms
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
- Taking Interviews of Achievers and Activists.
- Promotional Events and Activities in colleges and institutions
- Workshops, conferences, interactive meetups for persons with and without disabilities to create a close knit community
- Making calls to vendors, suppliers, customers, clients, associates and partners for business development, conflict management, user feedback and leads generation.

Skill set Required :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other Web 2.0 platforms.
- Time Management – there will be a lot of deadlines to be met!
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking to be able to plan and execute innovative brand communication ideas.
- Excellent soft skills and ability to interact with clients for briefings, pitches, and feedback sessions.
- Excellent copy and content-writing skills – one liner, tweets, blog posts, brochures, and another kind of marketing collateral depending upon campaign objectives.
- Strong visualization skills to be able to work with the various teams to create effective creative as per campaign objectives.
- Should be active on different social media platforms and must be ready to learn different techniques for both creation and promotion of content on these channels.
- Awareness of e commerce marketing concepts & trends
- Comfortable with Photoshop and illustrator.
- Video editing
- Transcribe videos into content to be mailed
- Should be able to generate SEO friendly Topics
- Passion for photography.
- Word press knowledge.
- Have a sense of design - can tell good design from bad.
