Job Description and Skill Set Required:

-To respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries y telephone, fax and email, preparing brochures.
-Managing all the sales related activity of the company. Handling a high volume of customer enquiries while providing a high quality of service to each caller and to take follow ups for the procedures.
-Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence, documentations, cover letters.
-Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
-Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.
-Contact the technical department, for example, to deal with any product or technical queries. Accurately analysing and assessing statistical data.
-Maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team.
