Aspiring Minds was started by alumni of IIT and MIT (USA) in 2007. Its advisory panel consists of Prof Tarun Khanna of Harvard Business School and Dr. Una-May O'Reilly of MIT, USA. The Concept

Aspiring Minds is a product based company that develops scientific assessment tools and prediction algorithms for the purpose of human capital evaluation. Aspiring Minds' products enable a match between applicants and jobs through a detailed assessment of their capabilities and skills. Our assessment product and proprietary predictive matching algorithms heavily use learning techniques combined with various computer science areas such as speech recognition, program analysis and linguistics. Our products are as varied as assessment of speech, personality, language skills to prediction of performance, attrition, promotion and career success.

Each year more than 2,000,000 job applicants across the world take our standardized test, AMCAT to make themselves and their skills visible to corporates. About the Role: The person will get exposure of different aspects of marketing as he/she would get hands-on experience in all areas of marketing covering marketing communications, corporate marketing, product marketing and corporate events.

Job Description:- Key Responsibilities- 
- Prepare and distribute content that educates our audience and supports marketing goals
- Work on multiple verticals of marketing including website, product videos, blogs, infographics, flyers, and more.
- Create a buzz online and off-line, through the execution of impactful brand-building initiatives, mailer and social media campaigns
- Analyse the impact of digital marketing campaign.
- Work extensively on corporate events both domestic and international; liaising with multiple stakeholders across internal functions and also third parties like vendors, agencies etc.
- Prepare presentations for use in events and as part of seller enablement processes.
- Work closely with a global team spread across geographies

Skills Set Required:
