Job Description:-

Looking for a creative person to Conceptualize content related to Employee Engagement initiatives of the organization.The person will closely work with the creative design team of Benepik. Knowledge of design software (Photoshop etc.) is NOT required.

Responsibilities:

-Conceptualize communication content for launch of digital HR initiatives (includes mailers, teasers, videos etc.)

-Provides inputs to graphics team to design content (for engaging users on ongoing basis)

-Develop interesting and engaging content on varied topics related to travel, food, movies, fitness etc. on ongoing basis

-Conceptualize Benepik marketing/ branding material on new product launches

-Able to write fresh, unique, high quality and error free content

Skills Required:-

-Creative conceptual thinker

-Have a strong visual sense

-Digital and social media savvy, progressive, tenacious and perpetually curious.

Education Qualification:-

Bachelor’s Degree with 60% throughout
