Roles and Responsibilities:
To Analyze the Various types of Plant data & provide the key observations/ Exception reports & provide strategic guidance to Management based on data.
Ensure implementation of projects and help adhere to timelines.
Monitor critical projects on behalf of President Operations & COO Gennova Biopharmaceuticals.
Trigger escalations to ensure timely action.
Derive future scenarios through forecasting models.
Responsible to achieve the plant manufacturing plans.
Experience and understanding of budgeting/expense management with a basic understanding of financial and accounting practices.
Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.
Implementing and using continuous improvement/lean tools such as; Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean manufacturing, etc. to drive improvement.
Work with plant leads to help remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resourcesKey measures and targets.
Projects delivered within agreed time, scope and budget.
Develop weekly/monthly dashboards.
Create competitor analysis for various products and services.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines.
