Ltd." for undertaking Life Insurance Business in India

The Company, has been incorporated / registered with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on 25th September, 2007. The Company has been issued the license for undertaking life insurance business in India by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) on 26th December 2008. The Company has a capital stake of 30% by Bank of India, 26% by Union Bank of India and 44% by Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co. Ltd. The Company has authorized capital of Rs. 3250 Crores.

Profile Offered: Management Trainee

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Desired Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Roles and Resposibility:
1. The Management Trainee will be rotated for two years through various departments such as Corporate Planning, Internal Audit, Taxation, Investment Back Office/Research, Distribution Development & Support, Distribution Strategy, Operational Risk, IT and Operations Strategy.
2. Management Trainee will be responsible for delivering projects during their rotation stints and learn and explore the vertical's complete lifecycle. The final placement will be in Finance & Accounts, Audit, Investments, Financial Planning & other relevant departments (indicative)*
3. The Management Trainee will be inducted through a robust Induction Program from Insurance Institute of India and reputed faculty of Industry
4. Management Trainee will leverage his/ her strengths such as financial acumen, critical thinking, problem solving, etc.to during delivery of projects.
